Ran a 5k race today. I wasn’t concerned about my time at all for this race, my shin splints have been so bad that the only concern I had was finishing. My time was 37:00 flat though, so I can’t complain. I really have to focus on getting my shins back to into shape [hopefully this will be accomplished.]
